Our services include:

Groundworks

We offer a wide range of professional groundwork services including driveways, kerbing, sewers, drainage, fencing, sub floors and excavation works.

We work on a wide range of constructions including self-build projects, renovations, repairs and rebuilds.

Foundations

With our own range of plant equipment, we will prepare any site and lay foundations in close consultation with builders and architects. Working in small spaces on extensions or new build homes are no problem as our range of plant equipment includes narrow access solutions. We carry full insurance and required registrations including CSR. We are also skilled in demolition and can clear a site in preparation for foundations.

Septic Tanks

We provide a full range of groundworks for drainage and septic tank installations. Using our own plant equipment we can prepare the ground, dig trenches for and install all the pipework, drains and tanks.

Often we work in rural areas where direct connection to mains sewer supplies is not possible so we’ve developed an extensive knowledge of installing, repairing and maintaining septic tanks either for domestic or commercial purposes.

We are also experienced in preparing land drainage for agricultural customers.

Site Services & Management

With our extensive years of experience in groundworks and construction, we are very well placed to provide full management of a project and all associated site services, including provision for utilities, gas, electrical and water mains supplies and liaising with the various agencies and companies necessary to complete the job.

Muck Away Services

We can carry out the removal of soil, clay & rubble from building sites or domestic properties.

Sandschools & Winter Turnout

We have experience in laying the groundwork necessary and building sand schools for equestrian clients.

Digger & Driver Hire

We are fully licenced operators with a wide range of plant for hire in Newtownards, Bangor, North Down and Greater Belfast. We provide plant hire and ground works for domestic, self build and commercial contractors, including:

Demolition & Site Clearance

We undertake controlled small and large domestic and agricultural demolition and site clearance. We are fully insured and carry all the appropriate licences. Other services include waste sorting and removal (licenced waste carrier) and land levelling.
